He participated in several individual and relay events against other master swimmers and much to our amazement, won these medals. "I have been a fan of the Greatful Dead for many years and happened upon this photo of Jerry in a shop in 1999. When I accidentally dropped it last year, I noticed a date written on the inside and it just so happens the photo was taken at the first Dead Show I had ever been to (1993). Having been to 24 shows until his untimely death in 1995, this was obviously an important aritfact to me. It was in just a run of the mill frame, no big loss, so I took it to Framing Concepts and spoke with the staff about some ideas, and an engraved plate, etc. I can't believe how great a job they did on one of my most prized possessions. Jerry will live on in the hearts and minds of the fans as the music is timeless, and will always be a mentor to my own guitar playing.

"The customer service at Framing Concepts, Valparaiso, is what I refer to as Lands End / Eddie Bauer. In other words, service, quality, fair pricing and complete customer satisfaction.
First of all, they have a great store look. Barbara is a very knowledgeable salesperson that listens well and wants to make your experience fun and enjoyable. The quality of the framing so far is perfect. And I am on top of the anal pack of all human beings looking at fit & finish; perfectly beveled matting with 45 corners; square paper rear-frame covers and nice hardware to easily hang each piece.
We have purchased one large abstract piece, which is perfect above our fireplace. And it was given to us to take home to try first. If it didn't work we simply return it. In this case it was perfect and instead of returning to pay I simply called Barbara and gave her my credit card details its too easy doing business with Framing Concepts. We've also had several pieces I collect during my extensive international travel (about 20-25 countries a year) framed and are totally pleased. My recent two pieces from Vietnam are delicate scenes of two girls on bicycles with their traditional Vietnamese hats riding away in the sunset and the other is a Vietnamese working a rice field. These are made with small pieces of twisted, folded and otherwise hand conformed paper strips. I just picked them up this morning and Framing Concepts took care to keep the 3-D pieces back from the glass to keep them from distorting in any way.
As I picked up the Vietnamese pieces I dropped off a unique sectioned box of 5 Japanese serving bowls that I need some real special design and execution to make these applicable to hang in our International decor home.
Framing Concepts is my only choice."
